Block 7: Week 3
This week it started to warm up!! It got all the way up to 40 degrees.
We just had rotation Monday, and it was the premiere of the Bachelor so of course I had to stay home and watch that!!
Tuesday, we got off early, and I decided to go into Lander! I got some coffee from the Lander Coffee Co., in the Palace Pharmacy parking lot. I then went into the Palace Pharmacy to look at all of the cool things. After that I went to a place called 23 Squared to look for more local things! Then the UT student and I went back to Liquid Courage for music bingo! They have this once a week at 6:30. And we won twice!!! out of three winners:)
Wednesday we just had another chill day! They have a fresh market 2 minutes down from the house, across from Hines, every Wednesday from 3:30-5:30. A lot of cool thing to get from here. I got a some bread and butter pickles that were homemade, and a bar of soap!
Thursday we went to rotation and the went to a place call Mulino's (italian) in Lander. I got the Gnocchi, and it was so good. Honestly nothing I ate in this town was bad, except for maybe the thai lol
Friday we had a half day and we presented to the staff about the rabies vaccine administration timing, and then headed to Jackson Hole. We got to drive through the tetons which was beautiful. I have been to the tetons/jackson hole before but never in the Winter. We stayed at the Wyoming Inn, and this place was great and only about a 5 minute drive to the Jackson Square. This night we went to dinner at Lincoln Burgers, and this place was probably the best burger I have ever had. Definitely did not disappoint. We then went to "The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar." This place was cool because they have saddles as chairs.
Tetons
Saturday, we woke up and went to a National Elk Refuge tour. The tour was awesome. It was $42 with tip for an hour tour. Definitely worth it! After the tour we went to lunch at Cafe G's. I got the Fried Green Tomato Benedict. YUM. We then went tubing at the Snow King Mountain resort. This was about $35 for an hour, and SO much fun. I had never been tubing so at first it was scary, but you can go with someone if you want! After tubing we went back to the hotel, and relaxed for about 2 hours, and then went to dinner at Jackson Drugs. Definitely recommend getting the Cauliflower Wings. Amazing. And then we walked around the shops, and found some good Jackson Hole t-shirts/sweatshirts.

National Elk RefugeSunday, we slept in and went back the Snow King Mountain resort to ride the Mountain Coaster. This coaster has incredible view, and it was also $35 for an hour. And then we went to get sushi for lunch at a place downtown called Koi sushi! SO good. Then we headed home!
